All PLAYERSncluding junior program  participants must complete a Declaration and Waiver before they come to play. Any members or Juniors under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to fill in a declaration and Waiver for them. 

If you turn up to the club without a completed Waiver and Declaration, you will not be allowed on the courts.
